Sinopsis

The EU is set to tighten export controls in a bid to prevent Covid-19 vaccines leaving the bloc. Hugh is joined by Jack Horgan-Jones from our political staff and Europe correspondent Naomi O'Leary. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
