Greg Hartt owns and operates https://stonecropfarmny.com/ (Stonecrop Farm) with his wife, Jenney. He is a PhD chemist who gave up a career in the lab in lieu of a career in the fields and now spends his days raising happy and healthy pigs on pasture. Their organic pork farm is located in Henrietta, NY.
