More Than Drinkable

Osmote Wine owner/winemaker Ben Ricardi and host Paul Brady pay tribute to Scott Signari, the chef/owner of the Stonecat Cafe in Hector, NY who recently passed away from brain cancer.  Brady reflects on his time as a server at the Stonecat in 2017, and Ricardi – being local to the area – discusses the chef's extremely hospitable and unique relationship to local wineries.  The two then shift and chat about all things wine including their pet nat collaborations.
