On this episode we sat down with founders and coaches of The Rhode Island Flag Football League and Rhode Island Hawks Elite - Carl Familia & Coach Jerone. They told us about all the work and money it takes to run a team, the connection they have with the youth and how important it is to be invested in them and not just for the wins but for the experiences and skills they gain while playing.  As a result of this conversation, we have decided to start a fundraiser. We want to raise $1,000 before June 1st to help give back to the flag football league. If we raise $1,000 Cristina & Banz will do the "hot chip challenge."
