John Ramirez served from 1984 to 2009 in the CIA Directorate of Intelligence, Directorate of Science & Technology and the ODNI National Counterproliferation Center. His 25-year career included analysis of Russian ballistic missile defense systems, collection & analysis of technical electronic intelligence, and multi-discipline counterproliferation collection requirements. He is a US Navy veteran and served from 1973 to 1979 in the Electronics Warfare field. He is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC. John is a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO) and the Central Intelligence Retirees Association (CIRA).
