This week I sit down to talk about depression, about sad about seasonal and emotional trauma but you know. In a light way which doesn't make you want to just throw a brick through a window.I think emotional outbursts are a right, it's a balance of being human and whilst it's good to encourage people who are going through tough things and provide them support the last thing you want to hear in that state is "cheer up".
