We can't worship the Lord freely in the ghettos of Egypt, we have to do it at the mountain of fire in the wilderness. Real worship isn't what we offer, but what he requires! We have to re-frame our world view into a Kingdom view. When we die to ourselves, that's when we come alive! God doesn't just want to set us free, He wants to set us free to do His purpose. God won't put us into the promised land until we get a 'detox'. We have to remove anxiousness from our prayers. We have to surrender, die to ourselves and pick up our crosses. The cross gives us new life!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how revelation is revealed in the Word of God. When we believe His Word over our experiences, His Word will then become our experience. God doesn't just love us when we're good, He loves us even when we are disobedient. Whatever God spoke to Israel becomes our promises of today! God's thought toward us are of peace and not evil. We have to align our thoughts with the thoughts of God. God's thoughts are coming towards us, not about us. God's thoughts of us are the only thoughts that should consume us! Jesus came for a cause, to testify and bear witness to the Gospel. If the cause of Christ is not our cause, we aren't doing it right! God saves us and called us with a Holy calling. God's calling is for all of us!

By staying connected to the Godly counsel He puts into our lives, we become stronger and experience the overflow He has for us!

Pastor Sergio wraps up this series telling us about how your rules change when you join something. The minute we join to Christ, we change! There are blessings that belong to people who join something that don't belong anyone who doesn't join anything. The church is the body of Christ! Principles and concepts don't matter when you're uncommitted. When you're not joined to anything, you become a chief critic. The first order of your life is to figure out where you belong. Anything you join, you should make better! When you join a church that's pursuing promises, blessings follow!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how God runs on Kairos time(God's set time)and not Chronos time(the world's time). We have to throw out our worldly timepiece! We can't rush out of God's kairos time because we're tired of waiting. We don't get to pick or set God's time, we just have to serve Him and He will provide in His time! We have to learn how to be in sync with his kairos time. If you aren't under the subjection of God's Word, you are not in the Kingdom. We have to 'move with the cloud'. We can't want God to move at our convenience. The kairos moment is being where you're supposed to be. When we're casual, we miss those moments! God picks out kairos moments.

The rules change when we begin to go to church, get saved and begin to tithe. We have to continually read God's Word, speak the Word and do the Word. In the Kingdom, there are rules we have to live by. We have to understand blessings are attached to promises. What promises are you pursuing? The Kingdom is a Kingdom of order. In God's Kingdom, not everybody is the same. In the Kingdom, there is a distinction and rank. Jesus said the greatest man in the Kingdom is the servant. In the Kingdom, rules govern levels and orders. There are rules in our lives that are going to change when we change! We can't expect the same promises and blessings if we don't give and do the work. Not everybody gets the same blessings!

Jacob received all of this through grace and faith. Each season of our life is critical for the success of the following one. The way we exit one season determines how we enter the next season. We have to be willing to take on Jesus's purpose before He can give us our own! We have to change the way our thinking comes from. On our journey to possess our promise God has for us, He will be working on us at the same time. Also, in our journey, we need to do 5 things to possess our promise: Return to our past to make right old wounds, 'Win a brother', 'Cross a river', 'Win a wrestling match' and 'Build an alter'.

Pastor Sergio continues his series talking to us about how our faith has to be definable. We can't have abstract faith, which is a faith that is undefined and has no works. We can't have ceremonial faith and just let our faith out at ceremonies, but have no Godly faith in our actual life. Ceremonial faith has no longevity. The only kind of faith that works is personal faith! If we don't have personal faith, we cannot show our faith to others, like to our children, so they can develop and have the same kind of personal faith. Devine intervention all starts with our faith! Without faith, it's impossible to please God. Real faith is valuable, so we have to pay attention to our faith. God deserves to be pleased. We can't treat our faith like a spare tire and only get it out when troubles arise. God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! In the Kingdom of God we don't get what we want, we get what we believe for! Faith must become a focus of our life and not just an afterthought. Faith recognizes when God

Pastor Sergio gets the new year started with his new series talking to us about why we can't focus more on our problems than we do on God. The problems we have today we'll never have again once God gets involved! The battle we're all fighting is the battle which we believe. What we believe is true! Who we were before Christ is not who we are now. We can't forget what God has done for us in our life. God won't do for for us what we can do for ourselves. We can't do nothing and want God to do everything! Jesus doesn't intervene without giving an instruction. Devine intervention only comes with our obedience!

Pastor Willard talks to us about all the blessings that occur in taking the detours God has for us during our life. God is preparing us in the process of these detours. God wants us to rely on Him, not what we used to rely on. The most powerful thing we can do is have a transformed mind. In our detour, there is purpose for God to deliver and use us! In our ignorance, God's love is shown for His people. Any area the enemy can keep you ignorant, he's got you beat. Sometimes the shorter routes are not always the better routes. Detours carry God's blessing. There is purpose, protection and potential in our detours. You have to build trust with God even when the path seems unclear. God is trying to break the slavery mentality in our detour. God's detours let us get rid of the past!

Pastor Sergio tells us all about why Jesus came to the earth and all the gifts He has for us. Jesus came here to pay the penalty of our sins so we don't have to live in guilt for the wrongs we've done. He came to buy us back from those that are holding us in bondage and the works of the devil. But, most importantly Jesus came to bring us back into the family of God! He came to give us the gift of the Holy Spirit!

Before we focus on our purpose, we have to focus on our destiny to conform to the ways of Jesus. We have to learn what Jesus is like! We cannot just serve God when it's convenient. Jesus didn't die on the cross for comfortable Christianity! Jesus came to pay the price for our sins. Because He suffered for us, we have to suffer for Him. If we're going to follow Jesus, it won't be easy. Without the power of God in our walk, our Christian faith is no good. When serving God gets difficult, we don't quit! We all hear the voices of our flesh and our spirit. We have to get the voice of God to be the dominant voice. Apart from God's Word, there is no power, it is the standard that brings life and wisdom! Jesus' Word gives us life even if we can't feel it. Even Jesus' hard words bring life. We can't be Christians, but still want our old self and the world. We're not called to be of the world. We cannot be a compromiser, our old life will us up. We may be our family's only hope. Compromise will open the door to devour our children. We must develop and live by Godly principles and never negotiate!

Pastor Sergio talks to us about the importance about giving thanks to God and the people in our lives. We cannot lost Thanksgiving. What always brings the presence of God is a thankful heart! We're building the presence of God with our singing and praising. Thankfulness is a prerequisite for entertaining God. When you express thankfulness to God, He reigns His goodness and mercy. Goodness and mercy always follow a person who knows how to remain thankful and give praises to God. Thankfulness is a characteristic of the new nature and who you are in Christ. Everyday we have to decide if we're going to be the new me or the old me in our life with Christ. The act of being thankful promotes positive mental health!
