Being a Christian is hard, but Jesus gives us His grace which is sufficient. Just going to church and serving doesn't make you a Christian, it's the fruit we produce. Talent and abilities don't tell the story of who we are as a Christian. God doesn't expect perfection, He wants us to grow and mature with Him. The thing we all need to be doing as Christians is seeking stability and faithfulness with Him. We cannot do church our way, it never produces fruit, we have to do the work to bear fruit!

We have to be prepared for the deception that we're serving Jesus but we really aren't. Our worship is found in who we obey. If we follow Jesus, we have to expect to be persecuted. We can't claim the name of Jesus and live a life of lawlessness. As a believer, we do not get to live how the rest of the world lives. There is a healthy fear of God we must have. A healthy fear of God is a reverence to His Word. We have to be spiritually mature enough to not let offense make us follow our own ways. God will move for you only when He's ready.

The scariest thing is an unbelieving believer. God doesn't want us to be in constant seasons of drought. God heals & God speaks is still on the 'menu' and we can order it! Jesus paid the price(the bill)so we can order from the menu! We cannot feel unworthy and just not order. We have to ask God to move on our behalf! We don't have to be perfect for God to create a meal for us. God is most satisfied in us when we are the most glorified in him! What do we have to protect that God can't protect on His own? When we have an encounter, we can become an encounter!

If God's presence isn't with us, we're operating on our own flesh. We have to rely on the glory of God. When we rely on His glory, we're allowing Him to tap into our presence. We can't be who God wants us to be without relying on His glory. The joy of the Lord is our strength and is longstanding and everlasting! We have to sacrifice ourselves and place ourself at the alter. We must learn His way before we can experience His glory. We have to die to ourselves every day. Salvation isn't free, it requires us to give all of ourself!
