We’ve got a long one to make up for the time we’ve been gone. In con news we talk about Orko and his “accessory”, Prince Adam. We also recap all the new information from Joecon 2010. Are we getting a Rodimus Masterpiece? What about all those Botcon leaks? While new stuff isn’t hitting shelves or pegs, the webs are on fire with pre-orders. Did I mention we actually have a review this week? Too bad it’s of a doll and not an action figure. Lastly, we’ve got a ton of new voicemails. This time around we discuss all the latest con announcements and chime in on the latest Matty Collector debacle. Do you realize we have used that word to describe Matty almost every single month? There have been tons of new sightings since Toy Fair. Some great new pre-orders have hit including the G.I. Joe Collectors Club’s 3.75 Adventure Team, FansProject’s Warbot Defender (Springer) and the newest and last wave of Star Wars Comic Packs. Toy Fair 2010 has come and gone. We recap the show and talk about some of the stand outs: Transformers' Drift and SDCC Blaster re-issue, G.I. Joe's SDCC Sgt. Slaughter done 25th style, MOTUCs 12" Tytus and SDCC Mo-Larr/Skeletor (sans impacted wisdom tooth) 2-pack, and last but certainly not least Star Wars' Vintage and SDCC Maul Visionaries comic pack complete with mech legs. We also berate some of the more mehs: Transformers' Power Core Combiners, G.I. Joe's Cobra Commander becoming a chase figure, MOTUC/DCUC 2-packs, and don't forget the Card Game for Clone Wars.

Wrapping up our first (mega) cast of the new year, we finally get to the new voicemails and hear from some friends not so geographically near, but just as close in our hearts. In the immortal words of Clark W. Griswald, "Hallelujah...Holy shit...Where's the Tylenol?". We got dates for 4 conventions, C5, Botcon '10, DairyCon and Fan Days. You may have noticed that one of those are not like the others. There's also toy news. New collector club exclusives, Star Wars and G.I. Joe prototypes and Mattel/DR/MOTUC complaints. Okay, that last one is more of a regular segment rather than news. Makes you wish you owned the Masters of the Universe license, right? Are you sure?

In the spirit of Thanksgiving we not only have guests on the show, but we have family. Mrs. McFavorite's parents join us for our discussion of the "big deals" happening during Black Friday 2009. Even with the lack of great deals and any other segments, we still come in at over an hour. Needless to say we had a few drinks in us which always helps with rants and tangents. No creativity whatsoever. That's right, it's Thanksgiving and this shit just needs to get done. TOYS! What what!

This is one of my favorite times of the year. Yeah I like the cold, I love the snow and I am admittedly a holiday music junkie. But, as you’ve hopefully guessed by now, the best thing is the toys. All of the new stuff is hitting pegs and shelves, retailers are putting them on sale more frequently and in bigger numbers and you’re seeing toys in places you never thought you would. All this and the biggest shopping day is less than a week and half away. But, even Black Friday pales in comparison nowadays to the online deals. While toy shopping over the next month, just remember 'tis the season for giving. Yeah right.

That’s right, the much anticipated, by me at least, conclusion to our one year anniversary show is now officially part of Internet history. We have a ridiculously long What We Got. This is followed by one of most favorite Listener Feedback and Questions segments yet. Just so there is no confusion, that’s all your fault, but we will forgive you this time. Finally we get into some amazing fan projects, not just toy makers, but work by people who really love toys.
