Well all I can think in my head is “Isn’t that the money shot Episode, but thats not appropriate as a title. Then I wanted to title this episode 24:02 because as I was editing there is a moment That has a redacted at the end and I had to stop and ponder where that might have gone on to revealing, Underlying evidence, Finally a thought of titling it “hey Bryan Share this one!”. Because my friend and I can not understand why friends don’t understand the offenses committed, And why they matter so much. Law is a standard we all agree to live by. Here are questions I think at this point, if you are still interested in some sort of self understanding of truth , we should ask. Thank you for your indulgence Did Donald trump Prevent Justice from being duly administered? Was there any effort to influence a proceeding By Donald trump? Judicial or Grand Jury, Federal inquiry, or Congressional investigation. That was ongoing or perceived to be a likely hood? If you answered yes. Did Donald trump have an improper

Not much to add here. This begins the explanations of charges and the reasons for which people were not charged. In the end i'm not sure anyone actually received directly damaging information, but not for lack of trying on Russia's end. Russia very much attempted to compromise Donald trump, and actually did have several of those in his orbit in compromising positions, but it does seem others within the campaign were either inept, cautious, or clueless. I'm not saying there isn't guilt. There was a lot of destruction of evidence, Obstruction of the investigation, and i'm sure there are elements of the whole situation that are beyond criminal. I just haven't heard evidence here that shows trump involved. Weird though considering what comes next... This an an audio narration of the Mueller Report Summary of Volume 1. So. Hers what we know so far. V Putin believed that Hillary Clinton had interfered in his election when she was Secretary of State. Paying protesters. He then and because of that, “Arranged’ an attack on our election once she had entered the race. This attack was anti Clinton and not Pro Trump Somewhere in this timeline. V Putin held a meeting with his 50 Oligarchs to warn of upcoming sanctions that would drastically affect their businesses. He suggests to them that if Russia could develop better relations with the new administration maybe they could forge a better relationship with the U.S and avoid sanctions. Those 50 oligarchs went on to ask 119 of their associates to try. So many Russians! The Russian attack meanwhile evolved into supporting Trump, probably with the Trump campaigns blessing, but probably not at the trump campaigns direction. It seems that everyone was contacted by the very eager and desperate Russians, But one by one, whether through incompetence, ignorance or knowledge of it’s inapprop

According to the New York Times, in Moscow she is regarded as a "trusted insider" who has argued cases for government agencies and high-profile clients including Pyotr Katsyv, an official in the state-owned Russian Railways, and his son Denis, whom she defended against a money laundering charge in New York. She has also been an informant in active communication with Yury Chaika, the Russian prosecutor general, since 2013. Starting in 2014, she had worked with Fusion GPS, the firm that was later hired to do opposition research on Trump, to investigate an unrelated money-laundering case involving Prevezon Holding, and the "dirt" she brought with her to the meeting stemmed from that work. The work on the Prevezon case, and later on the dossier, were completely separate, and Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee that they were unaware that Ve

“The FBI and Congress are examining a campaign event during which Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions and Jared Kushner were in a small gathering with Russian ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak and other diplomats at Washington’s Mayflower Hotel”, multiple U.S. officials told NBC News. “Five current and former U.S. officials said they are aware of classified intelligence suggesting there was some sort of private encounter between Trump and his aides and the Russian envoy, despite a heated denial from Sessions, who has already come under fire for failing to disclose two separate contacts with Kislyak. On March 24, Barr sent Congress a four-page letter detailing the report's conclusions. On March 27, Mueller privately wrote to Barr, stating that the March 24 Barr letter "did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance of this office's work and conclusions", and that this led to "public confusion".[46] Mueller asked Barr to release the report's introduction and executive summaries ahead of the full report; Barr declined, saying he preferred to avoid "piecemeal" release of part of the report before releasing a redacted version of the entire document. Justice Department officials described a March 28 call where Mueller expressed to Barr concerns about public misunderstandings of the obstruction investigation due to media coverage.[48] Mueller's March 27 letter made no mention of media coverage. Also on March 24, Barr's letter stated: "The Special Counsel's decision to describe the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any legal con

Volume II of the report addresses obstruction of justice. The investigation intentionally took an approach that could not result in a judgment that Trump committed a crime. The Mueller team refrained from making a judgment about whether to criminally charge Trump because investigators abided by an Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) opinion that a sitting president cannot stand trial, and feared that charges would affect Trump's governing and possibly preempt his impeachment. Consistent with standing DOJ policy, investigators felt it would be unfair to accuse Trump of a crime without charges and without a trial in which he could clear his name. As such, the investigation "does not conclude that the President committed a crime"; however, "it also does not exonerate him", as investigators were not confident that Trump was innocent after examining his intent and actions. The report describes ten notable episodes where Trump could have obstructed justice while president and one before he was elected
