Anti Aging Hacks was born out of a quest to slow down my parents aging so I could spend more quality time with them sharing experiences, and it evolved to learning about tactics I could apply to slow down my own aging. I learned that we already have information available to us to slow down aging and feel younger, have more energy, get better skin, manage our stress and improve our hormones. I believe I must use this knowledge to improve the quality of my life, and I want to share the information with you. Each week I interview top experts in anti-aging and longevity, and we discuss the natural or medical solutions, biohacks, cosmetic procedures, rejuvenative and pharmceutical solutions to bring you the best practical advice you can apply right now to fight back against aging. We also discuss some sneak peaks at some huge scientific advancements on the horizon that will allow us to be biologically younger than our physical age in a big way.
