Pastor Don and Brad talk with Pastor Troy Campbell about a new ministry initiative called Neighbors Who Care.  They discuss the idea that came about from the example in scripture of the Good Samaritan. The goal of the ministry is to reach out to victims of crime with a helping hand to comfort them in grief and help them get the life back in order.  They have even set forth a groundbreaking plan to work directly with the Kansas City Police Department to be the first call after a traumatic event.
