Pastor Don and Brad talk about Genesis 1:27 and the fact that it was not good for Adam to be alone.  Eve was the perfect companion and compliment for Adam.  God made them both different but complementary of each other.  They discuss the depth of scripture and God's use of specific words to communicate spiritual truths.

Pastor Don and Brad talk about Georgia and the recently passed abortion laws that ban abortions after 6 weeks.  Spike Lee has recently been quoted saying the film industry should pull out of Georgia due to this law.  This is a 9.5 billion dollar industry.  They talk about how celebrities can influence people and where our influence should come from.

Pastor Don and Brad talk about the message behind Psalm 73.  We can all relate to Asaph as he questions the success of others while he is working very hard to do the right thing the right way when it comes to following God and obeying his commandments.  It's easy to look at the success of others and question why this is not the case for us.  Asaph needed to change his perspective.

With each day that passes the immigration crisis is worsening.  More and more people are being forced to leave terrible situations in countries like El Salvador, Venezuela, and Guatemala.  Don and Brad discuss this issue and what our response should be from a Christian's perspective.  While this is a delicate issue, every life matters to God and the Church's response should reflect that. 

Don and Brad discuss the role of suffering in Christianity. The Bible says as Christians, we will suffer.  It is inevitable.  So, how do we look at this?  They discuss the options of how we can approach this painful subject.  We can look at it from a worldly view or a heavenly view.  Through hope or despair.  Our choice will determine our path.
