Several years ago, I had a friend who was determined to start a business. She had the perfect products that she loved, and she was able to find the perfect location for her store. She had a storefront on a busy street where hundreds, if not thousands, of people, walked by every single day. Whenever someone walked into her store, she made the effort to smile and speak to them.
