Sega Mixer Drive... With Rexy

Month's end means world's end again - stepping up towards this week's VS Week, it's a collision between the Believers and the City Folk in some bizarre collision between optimism and realism. Could this be our most deep-thinking VS edition yet?

What's this, me hearties? A free-for-all on Talk Like a Pirate Day? Sounds like a big fish story to me - sure we had hidden treasures and delicious hornpipes from all corners of the seven seas, but there be more tales on the high seas than that! Yaaaargh!

15 years of knowing of the Dreamcast's existance? Who would've believed it? SMD marks the occasion by going through 2 hours of arrangements covering some of the 128-bit system's most memorable titles... and Sonic Shuffle. Hey, anything can go right?

Refusing to go under iced water, Rexy takes the Ice Bucket Challenge in a different way - 2 hours of icy/watery remixes from across the community! Proceeds were donated to the ALS Association and National Autistic Society - other donors are still welcome!

SMD's 5th VS Week had a simple yet amusing clash - the Jet Pilots flew into battle against the homicidal Mr Zurkons! Their weapons? Just a selection of loosely-related remixes in a musical showdown - 2 hours worth of it!

This time last year, SMD dedicated a show to all things British. On this show however, the scope expanded to the entire continent through the Sega Euro Drive! Enjoy 2 hours of remixes and arrangements from not only the UK but its continental brothers too!

August may have not been as eye-catching so far, but with a new theme announcement for the following week as well as a huge trip down memory lane for our host, this so-called regular show may have been anything BUT regular... right?

Gaming con fever is getting into swing across the world, and a fair chunk of tonight's SMD showed it! Another fair chunk, on the other hand, took Rexy through a Source Roulette game that she had no knowledge of whatsoever. Even the pros have to wing it!

After getting another year older, Rexy got through the first regular SMD of August, with 2 hours of remixes, arranged tunes, community news... and the start of support for a 20th Anniversary game release in October... but listen in to find out what it is!

Rexy may have had a tooth pulled this week, but the show still went ahead in pre-recorded form. As well as 2 tight hours of remixes and discoverires, there was much to be heard from her recent outing at the London Anime & Gaming Con - keytar in tow!

It's the 4th of July, but the European-centered RadioSEGA doesn't seem to have heard of such thing as the 'Declaration of Independance'. Nevertheless, the first regular week of July no doubt had stars and stripes of a totally different kind...

June was a month for new music, and SEGA Mixer Drive was on hand to play through TWO new EPs in the same night! RobKTA took to the road with his OutRun album 'OutRax', plus there was the world exclusive first play of Jivemaster's 'Green Hill Sessions'!

Another year gone for Sonic the Hedgehog - that means 2 hours focused ENTIRELY on the blue blur that set hearts racing since 1991! It also turned out to be the night of distractions, including possums, the World Cup... and Giga Pudding. This is RadioSEGA!

The only regular week of June, and it had to happen RIGHT on the launch of the World Cup. Expect more Brazillian arranger content than the usual, plus a handful more remixes you've come to know and love. GOOOOOOOOOAL!

Fish Friday made a welcome return from the previous season, with 2 hours of aquatic, beachy and water-related tunes... but mostly Sonic and Ecco. Nevertheless, it's a great way to cool down after a hot Summer's day, isn't it?

The Weathermen and the Fanboys were the forces of the day in VS Week #3, but that didn't stop Brandon Strader from stepping in and co-commenting in one of the wackiest SMD episodes to date. It's about the wet goats, and the copy-cattle! #SeGoatMixerDrive

The last regular show of May was in a very busy news week, breaking a new record for the longest SMD episode this season! That didn't mean we were short on music, complete with one prediction that managed to literally happen... #NoRequestsDuringTheShow
