I used to be a huge proponent for working at night, but I realized I was dead wrong. The best time to work is at 07:00 AM. It does not matter how well you feel during the night. You are more productive during the day. If you develop a sleeping schedule where you go to bed early every single day and you wake up before 08:00 AM, you are more productive most likely. That was a huge game changer for me. Working during that time of the day is much healthier, there is less noise and you can work much faster than at night.
