Jo is a disability advocate and has been a journalist, theologist and public speaker involved with TEDx and the BBC where she was featured speaking on topics which affect the community and currently facilitates getting those with disabilities more equity in life and promotes creativity and getting people space to share their stories which is something i'm obviously very much a fan of.She hit me up for a chat so we sit down to discuss the world at large it's impression of the disabled and how even with the progress society has had how there is a ways to go! As you know, I have somewhat an interest in Muppets...So when i saw Axepersonified posting on reddit about making them I HAD to delve into what that was all about.And boy am i Glad i did! Emily is a fabric artist and whilst she has been a seamstress for many years has been diving head first into the world of the Muppets so much so that she only went and landed herself a job with the Henson company!As such i wanted to learn more about her interests, background and why the Jim Henson creations took the world by storm as much as it did. This week I get to sit down with the powerful force that is Ebbie Akbar.Ebbie is a rapper, artist and entrepreneur from the US based out in California and originally from Detroit. This week I sit down with with indie alt folk duo Currer Bell. Formed of sisters Faron and Merle. This week I sit down to talk to Artist and writer Ramona Martinez.Ramona is a fine artist and activist involved with arts organisation and has worked within media and the arts industry for many years and is making waves as an artist should.
