In the summer of 1977, BRUCE BREIER was unemployed, traveling across the country in a camper van without a plan for himself. He knew he was ready for a change and that he did not want to endure another Connecticut winter. Although he didn't have a plan for himself, his trip was very organized, equipped with a criteria chart to determine which city met his version of paradise. Breier decided San Diego was the best place for his new life. At the end of 2020 Bruce will be celebrating 42 years as an "Organizational Consultant" having started BHB Consulting Services in 1978 in San Diego, CA. She was notified of the attack after the first plane hit. Noa and her team gathered around a small TV in the cafeteria to watch the news. That's when the the second plane hit. Her immediate response was to jump into work mode. To focus on what she could control. Her co-worker, Claudia, had a different response. She went into shock. I had a breakfast meeting scheduled with Noa on March 13th. We decided it was better to have a call instead. Learned. explores learning from the wisdom of others. On a cold February night in 1999, Shoham Nicolet was starting an operation with 23 other soldiers. He served in an elite paratroopers recon unit in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). At the time there was a security zone between Israel and South Lebanon to thwart Hezbollah from attacking Israeli citizens. Shoham’s unit would routinely go past the security zone behind enemy lines to surprise the enemy. This night was different. This night, they would be surprised. Shoham lost two friends and his commander, Eitan. The rest of the unit narrowly escaped being ejected by Blackhawk helicopters. The pilots decided to return to the fight against the official recommendation to get the rest of the unit out. Shoham was only 20 years old. Today, Shoham is the CEO of Israeli American Council (IAC) which he co-founded
