  • Episode 143 | Monday Message With Frantzces Live A Life You Love

    14/10/2019 Duración: 05min

On the last Monday Message for the season, Frantzces talks about what it means to live a life you love. What does that mean? It will mean different things to different people. But living a life you love means living a life on your terms. Living a life that mostly allows you to feel good. The reason most aren’t living a life they love or a life they are proud of is because somewhere they disconnected to what used to make them feel good. This can also mean, living a life that isn’t in alignment. Whether that’s professionally, in your relationships or even spiritually, the question is do you feel good most of the time or some of the time? So, listen as Frantzces explains why this matters. 23/09/2019 Duración: 06min

On today's Monday Message Frantzces talks about the phrase "I can't." It's a phrase that the minute you say it you cut your human potential the same way you cut a tree. You don't know your fullest potential until you find yourself living outside of your comfort zone on a regular basis. And remember your words are powerful, so the more you say it the more it becomes part of your value system. A part of the way you make decisions. It becomes a way of life. You have to teach yourself to stop saying I can't. You have to practice it so instead, I can, becomes a part of who you are. So, listen as Frantzces explains the impact of that phrase on our lives. • Episode 137 | Monday Message With Frantzces Redirected Not Rejected

    02/09/2019 Duración: 04min

There's this idea that being rejected by something or someone is a bad thing. In this Monday Message, Frantzces explores what this means. When we accept the story of rejection we create more suffering in our lives. It makes us feel unworthy when that indeed isn't the case. We often carry that story on with us for years to come when we're rejected. It goes as far as childhood and into adulthood. As a result, our relationships suffer and our purpose becomes mangled with despair. It's crucial to begin to reframe what this means for us in our lives. The sooner we accept the perspective that rejection is a gift, the quicker we can live beautiful and fulfilling lives. So tune in! Would you like to continue the conversation? • Episode 136 | Monday Message With Frantzces Transforming Your Pain

    26/08/2019 Duración: 06min

When you're in a lot of pain it's kind of hard to think about how to transform it. Especially, if at first, you haven't accepted pain as part of the human experience. Pain is inevitable, however, suffering is optional, says the Buddhist quote. Suffering is the idea of prolonging a painful experience and holding on to it. But, by holding on to it for extended periods of time isn't useful. Elizabeth Gilbert says, "Never waste your suffering. If you don’t transform your pain, you’ve suffered for no reason." What does this mean? This quote encourages you to take a look at your pain through a different lens. A lens that helps you to manage and transform your pain in ways that are beneficial and useful. Pain is powerful because it creates wisdom and helps you to strengthen your resiliency. So as much as many of you want to eliminate it, that's not possible. As much as you want to ignore it, it'll still be felt. Knowing this to be the case, what are you going to do now? So tune in! Would you li

  • Episode 135 | Monday Message With Frantzces Toxic Work Cultures

    19/08/2019 Duración: 05min

Toxic work environments are a real thing. Are you in a toxic relationship with your job? If you're at a job that's causing you chronic stress then it's time to decide whether this is something you can continue doing. Chronic stress in your life causes a whole host of mental and physical health issues. Stop working in environments that don't value you. Stop working in environments that you don't feel safe enough to speak up. Stop working in environments where there is no trust. Did you know that levels of depression and anxiety among people who are unhappy at work were the same or greater than those who were unemployed? "Those who feel they have more control, who feel empowered to make decisions instead of waiting for approval, suffer less stress. Those only doing as they are told always forced to follow the rules are the ones who suffer the most. Our feelings of control, stress, and our ability to perform at our best are all directly tied to how safe we feel in our organizations." Simon Sinek

    29/07/2019 Duración: 05min

Have you thought about the programming that’s in your mind? You’re either programming your mind or being programmed. This matters because much of what you learned was given to you or fed to you. Either by your caregivers, by TV, and even by social media. It is up to you to question the programming that’s running through your head. This means finding material and information to replace the old programming. How do you do that? By filtering the information and messages that you receive. By creating an environment so the unhelpful programming doesn’t seep into your mind. When Frantzces went on this personal development journey 7 years ago, she accumulated a lot of audio, videos and books that changed her life. Would you like the list? • Episode 129 | Monday Message With Frantzces The Tomato Story

    22/07/2019 Duración: 05min

What is the tomato story? Well, first, do you have a scarcity or an abundance mindset? How do you know the difference?  The scarcity mindset believes, “There will never be enough.” Whereas, the abundance mindset believes, “There will always be more.” The idea that there isn’t enough isn’t true. It’s a story that you told yourself that keeps you in either scarcity or abundance mindset.  Exploring which mindset you are is important because what you think holds power in your mind, which translate to your words and in the end your behaviors. These mindsets will dictate the life you would like to live. Most of the time these ideas come from old stories that you’ve learned growing up as a child.
