  • Episode 103 | Monday Message With Frantzces Time Moves Hella Fast

    08/04/2019 Duración: 04min

Time moves hella fast. That was Frantzces’ thought as she watched her son turn 21. She did a bit of reflecting in this one about how one decision can shift the moments in anybody’s life. Time doesn’t wait for anyone and it has no qualms in leaving you behind. Time will move with or with your participation in your life. Oprah Winfrey says, “Time is the most valuable resource that we have.” Time is an illusion, a construct that constricts. So often, we become bogged down by time and begin doing or involving ourselves with things that are out of alignment. Or sometimes we find ourselves in limbo, unable to make a decision. But you just have to decide. No decision is ever wrong, the most important thing that you could do is to begin taking action. One small foot in front of the other is all it takes. The beauty about it all is you can create any life that you want, however you see fit. And you can change your decision at any given moment. “You’re one decision away from a completely different life.” Would you l

  • Episode 101 | Monday Message With Frantzces Radical Acceptance

    01/04/2019 Duración: 09min

Radical acceptance is this notion that we accept people with all that they have and with all that you have to accept them with. Because when we don’t conflict develops in those relationships, we become angry and resentful. It makes it difficult for us to see the people we love, in loving ways. But acceptance doesn’t mean to allow yourself to be abused or mistreated, it doesn’t mean that you sidestep issues, but what it does mean is accepting people for who they are, and then moving on. It’s natural to see the potential in people and want to see things differently for them. But ask yourself, is it for them or is it for you? The more you want to see their lives differently the more conflict it creates. Especially if that person isn’t ready to see it the way you see it. And even more so if that person isn’t ready for a change. So how do you manage a situation like this? In this episode, Frantzces talks about the three stages of radical acceptance and why it’s so important to begin to pract

This is a meditation practice in which you sit in silence and visualize the people you love and when you’re able to the people who have hurt you and wish them well. You hold them in a deep deep space of love. This isn’t an easy practice, however, there are small ways you can begin practicing this. We sometimes want to retaliate in a way that hurts others. Frantzces gives some practical ways that you can begin to practice more loving-kindness in your life but also sheds some insight as to why it’s so important to do so.
