  • How to deal with your fear of others - Episode #5

    03/11/2019 Duración: 19min

This is something which I used to struggle with a lot, but once I finally got over it my life changed.  Largely, due to my appearance I started to really take to heart everything that people say about me. It hurt to think that other people didn't like me even though they didn't know anything about me. It took me a while to understand and get to grips with accepting whatever they would say and stop it from having any influence on how I feel.  However, getting to this point was a major key for me to start to feel happier with who I was as a person. This self-confidence and self-love is something that we all need if we want to be happy and successful in life and that's why I urge everyone to really take this advice to heart.
