My name is Joe LeRoy, in 2007 I lost over 100 lbs. I was a new husband, soon to be father, and had a ton of complicated medical issues. I was pushing 300 lbs. and had severe and persistent back pain. There were days that I would lay on the floor and could not move due to the pain. I decided to make a change. This podcast combines my story with the stories of others who are on a similar journey or would like to begin a similar journey and do not know how. Join me as I talk about the things I have learned and interview experts in the field of food and fitness. My goal is simple, to inspire you! Hopefully this can be a place that you can turn for inspiration, good information, tips, tricks, and the idea that possibility is out there for you! Enjoy!
