Strength training, drills and plyometrics are an option, and Endurance Nation has chosen to use plyometrics as the tool for our members.   Additional Links and Resources:  What is Leg Spring Stiffness Understanding Run Effectiveness and Its Uses (Steve Palladino) Run Faster with Stryd, Part Three Thanks for listening to this Endurance Nation podcast...find more online here.
